WHAT WE BELIEVE

We are a gathering of Christians who worship God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We are a reformed church that means we take the authority of the Bible seriously and seek to let it shape our life together.

We are a Church of Scotland Parish and so we are committed to our whole community in witness and service.

Whether you believe or not, whatever your struggles or questions, we are here for you.

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Ephesians 4:2-6

We believe that, through the Bible, God teaches us what to believe about him and how to live for him.

In our church life and in our personal lives we submit to the authority of the Bible.

In our church gatherings we place an emphasis on teaching from the Bible.

In our church family we encourage personal and group Bible study.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Stonelaw Church has a warm and welcoming atmosphere...
